Maka Istanbul is not just a name — it is a promise to two children who inspire everything we cook. MAriana and KAia: our grandchildren, whose initials we carry on our door every day.

Turkish cuisine is one of the world's great culinary traditions — born at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. At Maka Istanbul, we bring that tradition to Palma de Mallorca with complete respect for its roots.
We don't adapt our flavours to make them "easier" for Western palates. We make them the way they are meant to be made: bold, aromatic, generous.
Halal ingredients — all our meat is halal, and we cater to Muslim guests with care and respect.
Slow-cooked döner — our Angus beef rotates on the vertical grill for hours before it reaches your plate.
Baked in-house — every piece of bread leaving our kitchen was made that same morning, by hand.
